Reminiscent of the classic Parisian cafe, Washington’s landmark Willard InterContinental has opened its newest dining venue, The Terrace at The Willard.  With its prime Pennsylvania Avenue location, the new outdoor 22-table venue offers beverages, cocktails and a light menu, from April through October, 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. weather permitting.
