Led by Executive Pastry Chef Jason Jimenez, learn the proper technique to making chocolate ganache, while trying your hand at the art of enrobing ruby chocolate, an exclusive flavor of chocolate from the Ruby cacao bean, to handcraft chocolate ganache candies to take home.
