Easter Brunch Buffet

Set against the stunning backdrops of the iconic Willard Room and Crystal Ballroom, guests to the Willard InterContinental's Easter Day Brunch Buffet will find a mouthwatering spread sure to please every bunny.

On April 21, Executive Chef Luca de Marchis will present a curated buffet menu featuring over 115 items ranging from traditional breakfast and brunch favorites to an assortment of sumptuous spring-inspired dishes.  The lavish feast will take place between 11 am and 4 pm, with prices ranging from $55 for children, to $135 for adults, including bottomless Mimosas, Bellini’s or Bloody Mary’s.  Guests can indulge in a palate of sweet and savory flavors from one of the action stations offering made-to-order omelets, and pancakes and waffles with over 35 toppings, or head over to the carving station to sample succulent lamb, prime-rib and ham, or creamy Risotto-crafted in a Parmesan wheel, to name a few. A children’s buffet serving favorites like mac & cheese, chicken tenders, mini cheeseburgers and pizza will also be on hand catering to both the young and young at heart. To help satiate a sweet tooth, Pastry Chef Jason Jimenez will create a decadent display of confectionaries including The Willard’s famous homemade Crème Brûlée.

For those with tots in tow, the Easter Bunny will be making several cameos throughout the day and little ones will have an opportunity to have their faces painted or participate in an egg hunt at 10:30 am or 3 pm.
