We're kicking off our Mardi Gras celebration early!

Join Jim Hewes, veteran bartender at the Willard InterContinental, and Ashley Young, Food Historian at the National Museum of American History for History Happy Hour: History of the "Big Easy" - 300 Years of Cocktails, Cuisine and Culture.

Explore the incredibly rich history of New Orleans while learning how to make classic cocktails inspired by this legendary city, such as the Ramos Gin Fizz and the Sazerac, and sampling traditional New Orleans cuisine including Gumbo, Jambalaya and Po-Boys! 

We're bringing a taste of Bourbon Street to Pennsylvania Avenue! Join us on February 21st from 6-8 p.m. in the Willard Room for a fun evening of cocktails, cuisine and culture of New Orleans!
