Children’s Program

Tailored to children 11 years and younger, Willard’s Kids Concierge program offers a selection of amenities and activities to ensure that even the youngest guests have a luxury experience to remember. Led by Willard’s Kids Concierge Matt Ziegler, this service aims to ease the stress of family travel and enhance the family experience at Willard InterContinental by providing families with the resources needed for a seamless stay.

Program highlights include:

• Families are contacted before arrival to identify any in-room amenities that are needed, such as a crib, stroller, rollaway, microwave, etc.
• Children’s Library offers young guests the chance to “check out” a book during their stay with their Willard Library Card
• Children have the opportunity to earn “Duck Bucks” during their stay that can be redeemed at Le Café inside Café du Parc for a special treat
