Set against the magnificence of the Willard and Crystal Ballrooms and Willard Peacock Alley, this celebratory spring gathering features a spectacular presentation of epicurean delights created by Executive Chef Gyo Santa and the Willard culinary team.

This year’s highlights include an abundant Seafood Display and Avocado Toast & Lox Station, alongside a signature carving station presenting:
  • Roasted Herb-Marinated Prime Rib with Horseradish Cream and Red Wine Sauce
  • Boneless Lamb Leg Roast with Mint Jelly
  • Dill-Crusted Cedar Plank Salmon with Lemon Beurre Blanc
Seasonal side dishes complement each entrée, showcasing the bright flavors of spring.

Be sure to visit the Sweets & Treats Buffet in the iconic Peacock Alley, where the pastry team presents an elegant array of handcrafted desserts. Younger guests are equally indulged with tot-friendly favorites, from fresh fruit to chicken fingers and mini cheeseburgers.

In addition to a festive visit from the Easter Bunny, families will enjoy a charming petting zoo where children can meet and interact with gentle animals—an unforgettable addition to the holiday celebration.

Mother’s Day Tea and Brunch in Washington, D.C.

A new tradition at Willard InterContinental, Mother’s Day Tea and Brunch returns for its third year, offering an elegant celebration in the historic Crystal Room to honor the special women in our lives.

Indulge in a beautifully curated menu by Executive Chef Gyo Santa and the Willard’s esteemed culinary team, featuring both savory and sweet afternoon tea selections, including Black Sesame Seed Crusted Tuna, Cherry Blossom Éclairs, and Lychee Strawberry Rose Roll Cake. Guests can also enjoy a create-your-own omelet station, a classic breakfast spread, and an avocado toast and lox station with traditional accompaniments. The Crêpes À La Mode station adds a delightful touch, offering freshly made French crêpes with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, and decadent toppings.

To elevate the experience, sip from a bottomless Champagne bar featuring Veuve Clicquot Brut “Yellow Label,” Mimosas, and Peach Bellinis, or enjoy a special Mother’s Day tea selection with floral and fruit-infused blends.
