A new tradition at Willard InterContinental, Mother’s Day Tea and Brunch returns for its second year, offering an elegant celebration in the historic Crystal Room to honor the special women in our lives.

Indulge in a beautifully curated menu by Executive Chef Gyo Santa and the Willard’s esteemed culinary team, featuring both savory and sweet afternoon tea selections, including Black Sesame Seed Crusted Tuna, Cherry Blossom Éclairs, and Lychee Strawberry Rose Roll Cake. Guests can also enjoy a create-your-own omelet station, a classic breakfast spread, and an avocado toast and lox station with traditional accompaniments. The Crêpes À La Mode station adds a delightful touch, offering freshly made French crêpes with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, and decadent toppings.

To elevate the experience, sip from a bottomless Champagne bar featuring Veuve Clicquot Brut “Yellow Label,” Mimosas, and Peach Bellinis, or enjoy a special Mother’s Day tea selection with floral and fruit-infused blends.

This year’s highlights include the Seafood Display and Avocado Toast and Lox Station, a carving station featuring Roasted Herb-Marinated Prime Rib, Dill-Crusted Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon, and Boneless Leg of Lamb Roast, plus all the spring-inspired side dishes. And don’t miss the Sweets & Treats Buffet set up in the iconic Peacock Alley, highlighting desserts created by Willard’s pastry team. Rest assured, the little ones can enjoy the tot-friendly staples from fresh fruit to chicken fingers and mini-cheeseburgers.
