This year’s highlights include a Fruit de Mer and Charcuterie and Cheese Displays, a carving station featuring Roasted Herb-Marinated Turkey, Slow-Roasted Prime Rib, Baked Ham, and Dill and Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon for Thanksgiving, and Slow-Roasted Prime Rib, Baked Ham, Salmon and Leek Wellington, and Herb and Mustard Crusted Leg of Lamb Roast for Christmas, plus all the holiday fixings. And don’t miss the Sweets & Treats Buffet set up in the iconic Peacock Alley, highlighting desserts created by Willard’s pastry team. Rest assured, the little ones can enjoy the tot-friendly staples from fresh fruit to chicken fingers and mini-cheeseburgers.
