Willard InterContinental Washington, D.C. is excited to announce the return of the highly anticipated Willard Easter Brunch for the first time since 2019! Located in the famed Willard and Crystal Ballrooms, guests can enjoy an array of epicurean delights created by Executive Chef Gyo Santa and Willard’s culinary team. This year’s menu highlights include Fruit de Mer, Charcuterie & Cheese Displays, as well as an interactive egg station. The carving station will feature Prime Rib, Cedar Plank Scottish Salmon, Lamb Leg Roast, and Roasted Cauliflower Steak.
Additionally, a Sweets & Treats Buffet will feature Easter Cookies, Coconut Cake, Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake, Carrot Cupcakes, French Macarons, Easter Chocolate Eggs, Crepe Suzette Station, and more created by Willard’s pastry team. For little ones dining, the hotel will also offer kid-friendly staples from fresh fruit to chicken fingers and mini-cheeseburgers.
