The custom mural features the Anacostia River, referencing the location of the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge and his Cedar Hill estate—powerful symbols of his enduring legacy.

Positioned on the hotel’s east corner, the suite offers stunning views of the Washington Monument. Guests are welcomed into a spacious living room, followed by a marble hallway leading to a peaceful bedroom with one king bed, a walk-in shower and soaking tub, and an oversized work desk with built-in power and USB outlets. A Nespresso machine provides complimentary coffee and tea.
