With over 107 years of combined concierge service, The Willard Concierge offers a variety of services that aims to enhance the guest experience at our historic property.

A multi-lingual team, with its members a part of the Les Clefs d’Or, a prestigious members-only international association of professional hotel lobby concierges, The Willard Concierge is committed to ensuring our guests are well taken care of during their stay and that a memorable experience is had.

Maintaining an extensive knowledge of Washington, D.C., and strong ties with local establishments, The Willard Concierge is here to share their insider knowledge and love of DC in an effort to assist in helping our guests make the most of their stay both in Washington and at The Willard.

Available daily.

Services include but are not limited to:

• Providing recommendations on dining, shopping, and nightlife
• Booking restaurant reservations
• Securing tickets to DC attractions, activities, and select events
• Arranging transportation, including airport transfers and private sightseeing tours
• Scheduling private services including but not limited to in-room massages, hair treatments, and nail services, as well as personal shopping services
• Organizing personal training sessions with the hotel personal trainer
• Assisting with mailing and shipping needs
